Meet your doctor

Dr. Yogita

Board-certified gynecologist and obstetrician with 15+ years of experience helping women navigate every stage of life — with science, empathy, and zero judgement.

Dr. Yogita is a board-certified gynecologist and obstetrician practising in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. Over 15 years and more than 12,000 patient consultations, she has built a practice shaped by a single belief: that a woman deserves care that is both medically excellent and deeply human.

Trained at one of Nepal's premier teaching hospitals and affiliated with Grande International Hospital, she manages everything from routine antenatal care to high-risk pregnancies, and from adolescent gynaecological concerns to menopause. Her door is always open to questions — no question is 'too silly' when it is about your body.

Patient stories

Real experiences from patients who walked in nervous and left with a plan — and a doctor who follows through.

Dr. Yogita was with me through a twin pregnancy that scared me severely. She gave me both scholarly and warm advice, and both my girls are here thanks to her watchful care. I cannot recommend her enough.

After years of dismissing irregular symptoms as 'normal', Dr. Yogita heard me. She diagnosed PCOS, set a plan I could actually follow, and for the first time my periods are regular. Life-changing.

The most judgement-free doctor I have visited. My teenage daughter's first gynaec visit is with her and she made it so comfortable. We drive across the city just for her.
